I would appreciate your reviewing your personal information on the web
and letting me know if there are any errors or helping me fill the
blanks if there is any information that is lacking.
Our 123rd Annual Meeting is coming fast. Our host hotel in San
Francisco will again be the Marine's Memorial Club. The address of the
club is 609 Sutter Street. Our room block is now open for you to make
reservations. The reservation phone number is 1-800-562-7463. Be sure
to let them know that you are part of the Delta Sigma Delta Room
Block. The block will be held until Saturday August 11th, 2007 but
don't put off reserving a room. Those Chapters who will be hosting
their ARM Meetings in 2008 should also remember that they can have a
student attend the meeting and be reimbursed at the same rate as
everyone else. Don't forget to make their reservations if they
are attending.
The Supreme Council should plan to arrive on Wednesday Sept. 26th for
the Old Supreme Council Meeting on Thursday Sept. 27th. Others should
arrive by Thursday. The Deputies, Representatives and Students will
meet on Friday Sept. 28th. The Desmos Seminar and Supreme Chapter
Meeting are on Saturday Sept. 29th and the New Supreme Council will
meet Sunday Sept. 30th from 8:00 AM - Noon.
In past years we have planned a day in Napa Valley on Monday, but that
will not be possible this time. So you can plan your own side trips as
you like.
The Events Registration and Travel Reimbursement Forms have been
sent out and should be filled out and returned with a check for the
appropriate amount by Saturday, August 25th. Those forms can be
downloaded from this web site as well. If you are a committee
chair or a supreme officer please have your print ready reports to me
by the same date so that I can have the workbook prepared and
sent to everyone prior to the meeting.
The Supreme Council has made every effort to keep our Fraternity's and
your expenses as reasonable as possible.
DEPUTIES: The January 20th deadline
has past for the submission of your chapter's
report and payment of the Life Membership. If your chapter still needs
to comply, please do so ASAP. You need to submit a
Form 30
for each
of your graduating seniors so that their Life Membership Certificates
can
and sent to you before graduation. Please submit them as a group and
not
individually. You can find these forms and others on our web
site or by
contacting Central Office

Please file your chapter's Annual Report and payment as soon as
possible.
